My spiritual journey began soon after my father's death in 1995.  At this time I began searching for meaning in this life and the afterlife.  I began taking classes in meditation and energy healing.  My initial classes were in IEH which consisted of personal growth and healing, learning to channel Earth energy, Heart Energy and Divine energy for healings. Daily meditation and spiritual connection then became a significant part of my life.  I then began my study of Energy Psychology and Reiki.

 

In December of 2012 I was involved in a serious car accident that resulted in my neck being broken.  I decided to have the recommended surgery to fuse two of the vertebrae together.  Each day in the hospital I listened to healing meditations and ran Reiki and IEH energy.  A week after the surgery I returned home and continued to run healing energy 2-3x per day on myself and my dog, Sydney, who had broken his spine.  The veterinarian stated that he would need extensive surgeries.  However, the cost of the surgeries were prohibitive.  Many friends and relatives recommended that he be put down since he could barely walk and couldn't control his bowels.

For the next 5 weeks I focused my attention on healing myself and Sydney.  He would often seek me out to run healing energy on him.  I continued my healings and guided meditations faithfully.  I was back to work with no restrictions six weeks after my accident and I have no residual symptoms.  Sydney recovered as well regaining control of his bowels and he runs around playing fetch with his only impairment of one of his back legs swinging outward when he runs.  I am so grateful that I listened to my intuition and did not allow him to be euthenised.

I believe whole heartedly that my recovery and Syndney's were Divinely guided through energy healings and meditation.  Of course, this is my own personal journey and path, with everyone's being different.

Since my accident and recovery I have continued to practice my healing modalities and completed my Master Reiki certification, Aura and chakra healings, IEH, EFT and crystal healing.  I believe my life purpose is to assist others to heal.  I feel so blessed and grateful for my healing and gifts that I have received.  For more on my personal experience with EFT click here.

Perhaps my story can help other to realize the potential benefits of energy healings.  It is important to find the right energy healing modality and practioner for each individual.  Each healer has their own unique gifts and talents.
